2020 has been a tough year. But, it has also amplified the need for the work we do. We have much in store for 2021 and with your help we can effectively execute programs that will help families in our local community and across the US as well as meet our goal of establishing non-profit status in 2021. Thank you!

Michelle D. Parrish is an independent cook, writer, and disability advocate based out of Washington, DC. As a mom of two, she has bridged her passions into one harmonious mission: to protect her children. Her focus on disability advocacy centers not only around education equity but also nutrition support and education. She is currently a parent member of the District of Columbia’s Thrive by Five Coordinating Council, a Parent Advocacy Action Team (PAAT) Fellow with Brightbeam/DC, and a Parent Ambassador with Advocates for Justice and Education for birth to three. Aside from generating new projects for her brand, Food. Mama. Baby., she is partnering on a new project she created to support families of students with disabilities, We, the motherhood. When she’s not cooking or working with families in the community, Parrish enjoys spending time outdoors finding new adventures with her family. #haveminivanwilltravel
